St. Mary’s dedicates time and resources to hiring qualified and compassionate faculty and staff members who embrace the school’s identity of high academic and extracurricular standards. They rigorously and holistically prepare the students for higher education, the workforce and for life as a whole. With over 20 teachers resident on campus in our boarding program, continuous accessibility and support to students is prioritized. St. Mary’s counselors, coaches, and nurses serve a vital role in partnering with teachers and parents to meet students’ academic, social, emotional, and health needs.
